    YOGA INSTRUCTOR & PERSONAL TRAINER

Kelsey's journey in the health and fitness space started after having her first child in 2006. She was exhausted, overweight, and struggling with her health. She changed her life with consistent exercise, healthy eating, and lifestyle habits. After achieving her health goals, she became passionate about helping others find answers to their health struggles. Fast forward to today, Kelsey boasts a variety of certifications to support her clients look and feel their best. As a personal trainer and yoga instructor, she supports clients with fitness, mindset, and wellness goals.

While Kelsey adores fitness and movement, her main scope of practice resides in the functional medicine space. As a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner and FDN-P (Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner), Kelsey is consistently disheartened with stories of individuals who aren't getting the care or answers they deserve from their current healthcare team. Kelsey takes a very different approach! She uses functional lab testing (done conveniently at home) to gather the necessary data needed to assess metabolic function in all areas of the body. She believes the body works as a WHOLE UNIT, not individual systems with no influence on the other. Everything is connected! Kelsey uses your health history, genetic predisposition, previous labs, and symptoms to dig deeper into the root causes behind your health complaints. She then builds personalized programs that are as unique as you are, effectively working with your body, instead of against it.

In Kelsey's free time, she enjoys playing her cello, oil painting, cooking, exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and kiddos, or snuggling her pups at home while reading a good book.

  • MASSAGE THERAPIST & YOGA INSTRUCTOR

After backpacking through many places in the US, Tabitha landed on Mt.Hood in 2001 and fell in love with the mountain, its community, and the beautiful state of Oregon.

Fascinated with the human body and a natural desire to help people with discomfort, Tabitha pursued a career in massage therapy. In 2012, she graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. With over 13 years of experience working with acute and chronic injury and trauma, Tabitha offers holistic therapeutic bodywork that integrates Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Tui Na , Gua Sha, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Techniques, Structural Integration, and Swedish massage. Each session is thoughtfully customized, addressing not only physical discomfort but the deeper patterns of tension that affect overall well-being. Drawing from both Eastern healing traditions and modern therapeutic approaches, Tabitha works to restore balance, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Treatments are focused, intuitive, and results-oriented—supporting clients dealing with chronic pain, stress-related tension, injury recovery, and energetic imbalance. Tabitha finds passion in helping clients connect, communicate, and discover self awareness by creating space for the body to release, reset, and function more freely for overall long term health.

In 2024, Tabitha became certified as a yoga instructor. As a yoga teacher, she encourages regular exercise and stretching as essential tools for strength, maintaining mobility, reducing tension, supporting overall well-being and helping clients sustain long-term health beyond the treatment room.

Tabitha’s love of nature comes with an adventurous spirit. She loves backpacking, camping, hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking, rafting, paddle boarding, traveling, cooking, dancing, and practicing yoga.

  • MASSAGE THERAPIST

Caz became a massage therapist after experiencing firsthand how profoundly our relationship with our bodies can shape our lives. Their experiences with cancer, recovery, and healing after a cycling hit-and-run sparked a deep curiosity about the body and a desire to help others better understand and care for their bodies and minds.

Today, Caz works with everyone from everyday clients to professional athletes, helping people move with greater ease, recover from injury, and feel more connected to their bodies. Their work blends clinical knowledge with trauma-informed care, drawing from deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial techniques, cupping, and Thai-style bodywork.

Outside the treatment room, Caz can usually be found on a bicycle, exploring the outdoors, or building community through local events and group activities.
